I cannot for the life of me understand all of the good star ratings, and am unconvinced they are real. I have been a 'patient' for almost a year with nearly a 0% ability to get a hold of anyone.. ever. Nothing has been resolved, no call backs, no follow through. Check out their Yelp and BBB ratings, versus whatever is happening here. I left one star because I can't leave less.
I’m so grateful to have found LVNC. I just saw Monica Co. She adopted me after my previous provider left the practice. She really took the time to understand my history and has ordered some follow up diagnostics to determine progress/status. I didn’t feel rushed and she explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend her!
Great service! I have really bad migraines and Doctor Monica Co turned off the lights for me because of my sensitivity to light. She is very empathetic and understanding. I highly recommend.
The personnel in the office was helpful and friendly. The wait time in the office was minimal. MONIC Co., APRN was excellent. I was quite nervous to see a new physician and share all of my medical concerns. She was gentle with me and gave me the impression that she understood me. My care plan was clear and easy to read, with explanations provided in terminology other than medical terms. Strongly recommended.
Andre was amazing! He was so kind and helpful! It’s great to see someone love their job and very knowledgeable. The front desk girls were very helpful and nice and friendly, great experience. Dr. Balsinger was very nice and smiled and was kind as well. Overall great experience!
Make sure you have your co payment for this facility. If not, you will be turned away from your appointment. Apparently you cannot be seen if you don't have money to pay. It is not indicated anywhere in the office or in any paperwork that you fill out that if you do not have your office copay, your appointment will be canceled and you will be rescheduled. But I would like to say something very nice about the young lady with the beautiful eyes. She was very helpful also. The nurse manager Katie was also very helpful.
Dr. Monica Co was very patient and extremely knowledgeable sharing much needed information. She took the time to give her expertise decisions towards my optimal care. If I could give her 100 stars I would.
Nobody enjoys being poked and prodded but when you have a great tech it makes it A LOT more bearable. Andre did my nerve conduction testing and made my experience very easy. I wish I could say he made it painless but that’s impossible when your nerves are being shocked lol. He was extremely thorough at explaining the procedure and communicated at every step of the way. He was awesome!
